以前、どこかの会社の社長が、
知恵ある者は知恵を出せ、知恵無き者は汗を出せ、
それも出来ない者は去れ、と社員に言っていたことがある。

松下はその言葉を聞くと、「あかんな、つぶれるな」と言った。
「本当は、まず汗を出せ、汗の中から知恵を出せ、
それが出来ない者は去れ、と、こう言わんといかんのや。
知恵があっても、まず汗を出しなさい。
本当の知恵はその汗の中から生まれてくるものですよ、ということやな。
