Sorry for any inconvenience.
We identified the root cause and fixed the issue locally, so next release (not sure when) will have the fix for sure.

This issue tends to occur with “Automatically detect settings” in LAN setting, so if you know the machine is not behind a proxy and
“Automatically detect settings” in LAN setting(inetcpl.cpl -> Connections tab), then uncheck “Automatically detect settings” might
help. Please give it a try.
